there are 2 options
1) Toweling with pvc protective backing – waterproof
2 ) Cotton Quilted Top fully breathable but not fully waterproof, this is normal bed protector fabric, it does make the bed nice and cumfy.
I make all itmes personally myself and great care is taken,
